One Last Haul is intended to be a limited non-fiction episodic series for streaming platforms. The program will follow Kelley Moss attempting one final cannabis delivery while he stops in on former colleagues and makes new acquaintances from within the marijuana industry. Along the way he will also encounter a few celebrity personalities too, some of whom are also cannabis entrepreneurs. Each person visited by Kelley and crew will be a story onto itself, sharing a unified approach of stylized testimonials with supporting cinematic visuals. Reenactments combined with a touch of archival footage will transport the viewer back to the 1990’s. The decade in which Kelley’s cannabis journey commenced.

One Last Haul will also examine economic inequality. After generations of farming this once illicit crop, those who built this industry are finding themselves being shut out of the regulated business to the select few with easier access to capital. Through in-depth interviews it will be revealed that the legalization and progression of the cannabis industry isn’t inclusive for all. A potential indirect call to action from the project would be to have consumers contemplate about where their cannabis products come from and who they may want to support.
